GxEScanR 3.0.0 (2026-05-01)

• Redesigned to depend on the lsReg and BinaryDosage packages; C++ source code moved to lsReg. Eliminates the C++11 specification that caused the package to be archived from CRAN.
• Replaced gwas() and gweis() with gweis.mem() and rungweis() to support a wider set of GWEIS tests including gene-only, GxE interaction, joint, E|G, case-only, and control-only models.
• Added testthat test suite and vignette.
